Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay: $75k to $95k/year (depending on experience)

Experience:

• 5 years of maintenance experience.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Night Shift, 6pm to 6am

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Ensure the efficient operation and support of our maintenance department.
• Assign PM’s, checking completion and tracking rates.
• Manage and direct daily activities to team members.
• Ensure all safety standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Review the operation of plant equipment and systems, solving problems promptly and identify improvement opportunities.
• Make calls to tech support for issues with machines, responsible for lean manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma.
• Work with the departments to implement processes and develop improvement plans.
• Create department procedures and facilitate training.

Position Requirements:

• Must have good leadership capabilities and oral and written communication skills with highly skilled technicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems.
• Hard-working and dependable with a desire to grow.
• Experience with 5S, 6 Sigma.
• Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training.
