Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops—ensuring consistent delivery of our brand message across all activities.
· Manage event logistics, including booth setup and teardown, to ensure seamless execution. Actively engage with prospects during events, providing insightful information about our products and services to enhance their experience.
· Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and messaging.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
· Assist in Digital Marketing Campaigns and outreach leveraging our Database.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (Legal, Tax, Finance) to process marketing purchase orders efficiently.
· Manage the MBA/ TPP process and communication between regional teams and headquarters.
· Support sales leads clean up and upload to CRM system for record maintenance.
· Assist with sales lead management, including data cleanup and CRM uploads to maintain accurate records.
· Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting coordination, material preparation, training notifications, and team activity organization.
· Ensure accurate tracking of outbound and inbound campaign leads within the Sales Funnel Tracker, and providing regular status updates on qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
· Degree in Marketing disciplines or its equivalents
· 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing support; passionate fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a methodical approach to coordination tasks.
· Great communications skills in English
· Resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Mandarin language skills are a plus.
