About Ksisters:
Ksisters is a fast-growing K-Beauty and K-Lifestyle e-commerce company based in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate and has strong interest of entrepreneurship to join us a Merchandiser in our dynamic #KsistersTeam!
Commit at least 3-4 times a week to travel to assigned retail outlets for merchandising and goods delivery (several locations each day).
Plan and manage daily store visits to ensure all assigned outlets are serviced efficiently.
Execute merchandising, display, and promotional plans according to brand standards.
Ensure products are neatly displayed, correctly priced, and well-stocked.
Work closely with key account manager/ retailer/store personnel to prevent stockouts and maintain inventory levels.
Build strong relationships with store teams and understand retailer SOPs and operations.
Suggest and implement improvements to planograms for better product visibility and stock front facing.
Address and resolve store-level issues to ensure compliance with the standards outlined in the initial sales agreement
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum O-Level or Diploma.
At least 2 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing or retail merchandising (experience in beauty/personal care is a plus).
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Possessing a personal vehicle is a plus.
