Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of family law litigation, from pleadings to courtroom representation
• Draft and negotiate petitions, agreements, and court motions
• Appear in mediations, hearings, and trials as lead or co-counsel
• Develop legal strategy and provide clients with clear and empathetic counsel
• Stay abreast of changes in Washington state family law statutes and precedents
• Maintain accurate, timely communication with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications:
• Minimum of three years of dedicated family law practice
• Strong litigation background, including courtroom appearances and trial readiness
• Licensed to practice law in Washington and in good standing
• Ability to manage multiple sensitive cases simultaneously
