Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Clinical Manager, Home Health to join our partner's team in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in the home
• Supervise field staff
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and corrective action as needed
• Support staff with clinical decision-making in the field
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Coordinate care among physicians, facilities, caregivers, and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Key Requirements:

• RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• At least two years of field experience in Home Health
• BS degree preferred
• Home Health/Supervisory experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance with availability of a car during working hours

Compensation and Schedule:

• $70,000-$85,000/year, based on experience
• Full-time, 8am-4:30pm
• On-Call rotation
