Part-Time Sales Associate – Seasonal Pop-Up Boutique

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible, must have weekend availability)

Rate: $22/hour

Duration: September – May

A European childrenswear brand known for its timeless, beautifully crafted pieces is opening a seasonal pop-up boutique in Charleston and is seeking a warm, service-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join the team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves retail, enjoys engaging with customers, and appreciates quality products and boutique experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience in a warm and welcoming environment
• Support day-to-day store operations, including sales, restocking, and maintaining visual standards
• Build product knowledge to assist customers with sizing, styling, and brand storytelling
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Assist with merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, boutique, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Friendly and polished communication style
• Interest in childrenswear, fashion, or high-quality retail products
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently when needed
• Flexible schedule, including some weekend availability
