We’re hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Extended School Year to support students in Dudley, MA during the summer session.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Dates: July 7th through July 31st
• Hours: 8:45 AM – 12:45 PM
• Location: School-based setting in Dudley, MA
• Caseload: Work directly with students receiving ABA services

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavior support to students.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and school staff.
• Track and document student progress and behaviors.
• Support the implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable transportation.
