We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing user issues, resolving technical problems, managing tickets and service requests, and performing necessary configuration updates.
The role requires close collaboration with customer process consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs) to perform root cause analysis, recommend effective solutions, and continuously enhance business processes.
Required Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with HCM & Payroll background rather than Financials. They should have strong skills in People Tools like App Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface & Integration Broker including strong SQL skills
Must be located within the United States .
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no dual citizenship).
10 12 years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience.
Proven expertise in issue resolution , root cause analysis , and providing solutions for complex system issues.
Proficient in PeopleTools , SQL , and related development tools.
Strong focus on Payables, Receivables, Billing, General Ledger, and Treasury modules.
Strong understanding of software engineering practices and support processes .
Good grasp of various business processes related to HCM and Financials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Demonstrated ability and desire to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
