Job Summary:

As a member of the Lab Team at Victory Men’s Health, you play a vital role in delivering a first-class patient experience and driving health outcomes. From blood draws and IV administration to supporting advanced diagnostic testing, your work is the foundation for personalized, high-performance care. Patients rely on you for both technical skill and compassionate care that builds trust and confidence.

Essential Functions:

Deliver Expert Venipuncture & Lab Execution

• Perform skilled blood draws to ensure minimal discomfort and a smooth patient experience.
• Accurately label, process, and manage all clinical specimens for seamless lab submissions.
• Assist with IV administration under provider direction while maintaining safety and comfort.
• Develop working knowledge of specialty lab protocols (e.g., SpectraCell, Cyrex, Galleri Grail, Genova, OPK 4Kscore).
• Stay current with clinical protocols and continuously improve skills.

Provide Outstanding Patient Care

• Deliver compassionate, confident care in all patient interactions.
• Perform intramuscular and subcutaneous injections with accuracy and care.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and providers.
• Listen and respond to patient concerns and provider instructions.
• Use discretion and sensitivity when assisting with procedures (pellets, TriMix, Priapus injections, wave therapy).

Operate with Speed & Precision

• Respond promptly to rooming requests to keep clinic schedules on track.
• Support consistent clinic flow through efficient time management.
• Monitor supply inventory, complete restock forms, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Approach each task with focus, accuracy, and urgency.

Support the Team Across Functions

• Collaborate effectively with providers, coordinators, and front office staff.
• Step into front office roles as needed—answer phones, cover the desk, and ensure seamless patient service.
• Accurately chart in DrChrono, close appointments, and coordinate labs with attention to detail.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Stay engaged in continuous learning through resources and training (e.g., Trainual, podcasts).
• Lead daily lab prep, vendor coordination, and lab relationships.
• Participate in purposeful morning huddles.
• Manage tasks such as supply orders, projects, and HubSpot activity with accuracy and timeliness.

What We Offer:

• Business hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM. (No weekends!)
