We’re looking to hire a PPC Specialist for a growing performance marketing team . You’ll join the Digital Marketing team to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a Fulltime opportunity. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA and is fully on-site .

PPC Specialist Responsibilities:

• Set up, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, write engaging ad copy, and align creative with optimized landing pages to drive conversions.
• Track lead flow, monitor lead quality, and prepare performance reports to inform campaign optimizations.

PPC Specialist Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing or assisting with Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel).
• Familiarity with landing page testing tools (Unbounce, VWO, etc.) and CRM tracking.
