Role: Program Manager

Work location: RTP, NC

Key Responsibilities

• End to end program management with excellent operational skills and stakeholder management
• Work with team for developing detailed operational plans like sizing, scoping and planning for program execution
• Well versed with Agile scrum methodologies and Software development lifecycle(SDLC) process
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to navigate challenges effectively
• Identifying potential risks, dependencies, and issues, and invoking appropriate mitigation strategies
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to leverage tools like excel, Power BI, Jira Cloud, Jira Align, Confluence and Sharepoint
• Ability to work independently with strict deadlines and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization with high quality error free deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey plans, progress and contingencies to diverse audiences

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
