Job Description

Project Coordinator I Administrative

Shift: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM onsite

Duration: 26-week assignment with possible Extension

Pay- $30/hr to $38/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator I Administrative to support project operations within a business/healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable working with schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working on projects , in a business office, or related administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Design & Construction , scheduling , and budgeting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to act with discretion and professionalism
