Project Manager (Construction)

About the Role

As a Project Manager , you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality exterior renovation projects for condominium and townhome communities. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading skilled trades teams, and collaborating closely with estimators, vendors, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from pre-construction planning to final walkthrough
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and material procurement
• Supervise on-site teams of carpenters and painters
• Ensure high-quality workmanship through inspections and progress tracking
• Handle change order submissions and client updates
• Coordinate with residents and HOA representatives to resolve concerns
• Generate weekly project reports and lead progress meetings

Your Background & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in multifamily or exterior envelope reconstruction
• Expertise in carpentry, framing, painting, and waterproofing
• Strong ability to read blueprints, manage project timelines, and enforce safety regulations
• Proficiency in Excel for job tracking and reporting
• Excellent communication skills to engage with residents, clients, and trade teams
