We are looking to hire an experienced property manager for a 275-unit, C+/B- class, owner-managed, market-rate apartment community in Northeastern Indianapolis. The property is very well maintained and has been owned by the same company for over 25 years. The position will supervise a staff of 6 team members.
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 total years of multifamily management experience and at least 1 to 2 full years at the Property Manager level for market-rate, conventional apartments.
