Onsite Account Manager and Recruiter, Chicago (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Client Office in River North area in Chicago.

Synergy Interactive is hiring a full-time Onsite Account Manager and Recruiter to work directly at one of our top enterprise clients in Chicago.

This role is 100% onsite and heavily focused on account management. You’ll be the face of Synergy Interactive at the client, responsible for maintaining a strong relationship, gathering job requisitions, and ensuring overall satisfaction. While you’ll support recruiting efforts, your main focus will be driving client satisfaction and helping grow the account.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Synergy Interactive representative onsite
• Build and manage strong relationships with hiring managers
• Ensure consistent intake of job requisitions and forecast hiring needs
• Partner with Synergy’s internal recruiters to fill roles quickly and accurately
• Coordinate interviews as needed
• Provide regular updates to both the client and Synergy leadership
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the partnership

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and client services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• Experience working onsite with clients or in a client-facing role is preferred
• Must be located in Chicago and available to work onsite Monday through Friday
