As a Recruiting Assistant , you are the heartbeat of our office operations. You will be the first point of contact for our candidates and clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the first phone call to the first day on the job.

Your daily impact includes:

• Candidate Experience: Review and process new leads, process walk-in guests, processing new hire applications, and administer online assessments.
• Communication: Managing inbound calls with a professional disposition and performing some outbound outreach.
• Operational Support: Handling data entry, filing, and assisting with payroll processing.
• Team Collaboration: Supporting the recruiting team to help hit milestones and celebrate successes.

• Bilingual Proficiency: A strong command of both English and Spanish is required.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office Applications and Google Workspace.
