Regional Director of Home Care

About the Role

We’re hiring a seasoned Regional Director of In-Home Services to lead home care operations across multiple centers in the Philadelphia market. This leadership role focuses on regulatory compliance, staff management, and operational excellence in delivering care to participants outside of the clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage home care teams across multiple centers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee hiring, training, and competency evaluation of staff.
• Conduct chart audits and documentation reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise care in housing units and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze data to improve service quality and participant satisfaction.
• Participate in QAPI programs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain nursing on-call schedules and provide coverage as needed.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate staff performance and service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, therapy, public health, or related field.
• 8+ years in a leadership role within a home care or healthcare setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience working with frail or elderly populations.
• Strong grasp of healthcare quality metrics and data analytics.
• Current First Aid and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Nursing, Medical, or Clinical Informatics.
