Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Clinic-Based, Home-Based, and Hybrid Positions Available

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Positions available:

• Clinic-Based RBT
• Home-Based RBT
• Hybrid RBT (Clinic + Home)

• Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral interventions following individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate data to support treatment analysis and progress monitoring
• Implement interventions seamlessly across both clinic and home environments
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and peers to ensure quality care
• Maintain detailed and timely session notes in accordance with ethical and company standards

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
• Strong communication, professionalism, and data collection skills
• Passion for helping clients achieve meaningful goals through compassionate care
• Preferred but not required: Tricare credentialing, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
