IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY

Join our established 25-year practice specializing in complex periodontal surgery, implant and restorative dentistry. Work with experienced doctors, cutting-edge technology (Waterlase laser, 3D imaging, PRF, EMS Airflow), and a collaborative 5-person clinical team. No evenings, no weekends. Advanced surgical dentistry and hygiene focused on each patient’s systemic health.

About Life Oral Health

Life Oral Health is an established periodontics and implant surgery practice that has served the Newport Beach community for over 25 years. We practice high-quality, conservative periodontics with a focus on the oral-systemic connection – because we know that improved oral health leads to better overall health.

Working Hours

We start early two days each week to accommodate working professionals.

Tue 8:30am – 4:30pm

Wed 7:30am – 4:30pm

Thu 6:30am – 3:30pm

Fri 8:00am – 12:00pm

RDA Position Overview

We are seeking a permanent Dental Surgical Assistant (RDA) who

• Has extensive experience with advanced surgical procedures
• Prioritizes patient care
• Embodies confidence with an enthusiastic and professional attitude
• Enjoys collaborating in a 5-person clinical team

The Role

In addition to applying your clinical skills, you’re a great fit for our team if you’re able to:

• Assist our restorative dentist with advanced general and prosthodontic procedures
• Ensure each patient’s comfort before, during, and after dental treatments
• Conduct post-operative patient evaluations and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the dental team with proficiency and a cheerful attitude

What you Bring

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• 5+ years of experience in surgical dentistry
• Proficiency with dental radiographs, Dentrix software and wet impressions as needed
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A genuine passion for dentistry
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Dr. Deborah K. Ruprecht, DDS – Our periodontist brings over two decades of specialized experience in advanced surgical procedures, dental implants, and comprehensive periodontal care. Dr. Ruprecht is committed to utilizing cutting-edge technology including the Biolase Waterlase laser, Cone beam 3D imaging, Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) therapy, and guided implant surgery to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Dr. John K. Evans, DDS – Our general dentistry associate has practiced in Southern California for over 40 years. Dr. Evans is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles through comfortable, relaxed care. He maintains his commitment to excellence through ongoing continuing education and participation in study groups with renowned dental specialists nationwide.
