Pride Health is hiring for a Nurse Manager for one of our clients located in the Charlotte, NC!

Schedule: Full time day shifts (5x8)

Type: Permanent, full time

Salary: 100-159k

Essential Functions:

• Supports and exemplifies a Professional Practice model that promotes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
• Ensures staff operations comply with the Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Leads the team in meeting goals aligned with organizational objectives, including quality management, patient care, and departmental standards.
• Oversees recruitment, orientation, education, and ongoing professional development of personnel through structured programs.
• Promotes shared governance and professional growth to positively influence clinical outcomes.
• Provides direct nursing care and performs clinical interventions as needed.
• Communicates effectively with patients and families.
• Oversees the unit’s financial performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Assists in policy development and ensures adherence to professional standards.
• Maintains accountability for budget oversight and staff performance.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; current RN license required.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred; MSN completion required if undergraduate degree is not BSN.
• Enrollment in MSN program within 5 years of hire if undergraduate degree is BSN.
• Master’s degree from a healthcare-related program or MBA acceptable.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• BLS required prior to clinical duties.
• Leadership certification required within 1 year of eligibility.
