What You'll Do:

Provide expert telephone triage to patients of all ages, including both pediatric and adult populations.
Assess patient symptoms and provide accurate, timely advice based on established protocols.
Utilize your clinical expertise to determine the appropriate level of care and guide patients to the right resources.
Document patient interactions thoroughly and efficiently in our electronic health record system.
Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

What We're Looking For:

A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience, ideally in emergency department, call center, or provider office triage settings.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability1 to provide empathetic and patient-centered care.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficiency in using computer systems.
The ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nurses with compact licenses are strongly encouraged to apply.
Ability to obtain additional nursing licenses as required.
