Sales Development Manager - Hospitality Company

$70,000 - $90,000 + Commission

Your Role with the Company:

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive new client acquisition within wholesale channels
• Client Development & Outreach: Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective corporate partners, applying market insights to customize outreach and engagement efforts
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support long-term collaboration
• Market Growth Initiatives: Utilize industry knowledge and market awareness to explore and establish opportunities in untapped or emerging markets
• Performance & Revenue Goals: Consistently meet or surpass defined sales objectives, contributing to overall business growth and success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in external sales, ideally within wholesale, hospitality, food service, or similar industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Genuine interest in premium products and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, such as gourmet food or related sectors
