Sales Development Representative- Bilingual (English and Spanish)- Draper, UT
Base + Commission
90% of lead work is inbound
The SDR at WorkBay, will generate new business through opportunities by helping business prospects understand the value of WorkBay. You will leverage excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and business acumen to build relationships with leads. You will partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to help small business owners take their next step toward leasing WorkBay commercial real estate properties.

What will you be doing?
•Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for prospects and customers of WorkBay
•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value proposition to customers
•Quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads via social media, telephone, text, email etc.
•Meet quotas for showings set, by delivering high-quality showings and opportunities
•Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, and create a seamless handoff process to Account Executives
•Evangelize WorkBay with key decision-makers across all levels (including C-suite)
•Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to iterate on strategy, optimize deal flow, and improve lead quality
•Provide additional support on an ad hoc/as-needed basis
Qualifications
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Prefer previous experience in a sales-related role (SDR, or real estate experience is a plus)
-Bilingual: Spanish and English speaking
-Proven time management skills
-Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
-Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence positive outcomes
-Strong attention to detail; self-directed; and the ability to multitask
-Experience with Pipedrive or comparable CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipelines is preferred but not required
-Obtain a real estate license at WorkBay request
