About the Role
They are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Account Manager with fluency in Portuguese to join their team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients in Africa and Latin America, developing sales strategies, building relationships, and driving growth in the polymer industry. This position offers the unique opportunity to learn and work hands-on in the dynamic field of international exports.

Education: Recent graduates are welcome! We value a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales industry.
Experience: Previous sales or account management experience is a plus but not required. We’ll provide the training you need to excel!
Language Skills: Must be bilingual in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with clients across diverse regions and cultures.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new systems.
Flexibility: Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed to accommodate customers in Africa and Latin America. Your schedule will be collaboratively planned with your manager—nothing too extreme, but a flexible approach is key!
Travel Willingness: Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time to meet clients and support business growth.
Growth-Oriented: Strong interest in learning about international exports and eager to develop a career in the polymer industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and build strong client relationships within assigned territories (Africa and Latin America).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
Represent the company at international meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Learn, understand, and promote the company’s product lines within the polymer industry.
Create and execute sales strategies tailored to regional markets.
Handle inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a strong pipeline of accounts.
This is a direct hire role paying up to 90K plus bonuses and excellent benefits working 100% in office.
