WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:

The Sample Librarian’s main responsibilities are to provide stockroom support and support the day-to-day operations of the showroom as assigned by management. Main duties will include fulfilling memo sample requests, handling mailing/shipping/receiving needs for samples and product, filing replenishment samples, and managing discontinued items.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfill and ship all Dallas showroom and regional customer web sample requests
• Fill sample orders requested by showroom clientele
• Assist in organizing the stockroom, including numerous trays of memo samples
• Restocking returned memo samples
• Assists with the check-in of new inventory in the Samuel & Sons showroom
• Maintain stock levels of supplies needed in the stockroom and showroom
• Fulfill Outside Sales sample requests and presentation packages, as directed

$15 - $17 Hourly 



 Samuel & Sons, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at this location at the time of this posting. Samuel & Sons may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

REQUIREMENTS

WHO YOU ARE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Applications
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Professional presentation
