About the Role:

We’re seeking a visionary Senior ABM Marketing Manager to lead the build and evolution of our account-based marketing strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives at the intersection of precision targeting, digital innovation, and AI-powered personalization. You’ll architect and activate ABM programs that drive pipeline, deepen customer engagement, and scale intelligently across digital channels.

 

What You’ll Do:

ABM Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and deploy tiered ABM programs tailored to buying committees across strategic accounts, install base renewals, and net-new prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales, field marketing, product marketing, creative and campaign to orchestrate personalized journeys and strategic plays.
  • Leverage tools like 6sense to enhance targeting, intent detection, and predictive engagement strategies. ABM Ownership Across Paid Media Channels
  • Lead ABM strategy, execution and performance across paid media channels including, but not limited to, Google Ads, LinkedIn and display
  • Drive audience segmentation and campaign orchestration that reflect ABM priorities and account-level insights.

 

AI-Driven Personalization & Scale:

  • Integrate AI into campaign workflows—from intelligent account selection to automated content generation and orchestration.
  • Apply AI to scale personalization across touchpoints while maintaining relevance and resonance.

 

Measurement & Optimization:

  • Partner with campaign and digital to measure and report on campaign performance, ensuring optimal ROI of ABM campaigns.
  • Lead continuous optimization across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to refine messaging and improve outcomes.

 

6sense Platform Ownership & Data Orchestration:

  • Serve as the primary owner of the 6sense platform, responsible for its strategic use in ABM planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Monitor and interpret intent signals, account scoring, and predictive analytics to inform campaign decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and analytics teams to ensure data hygiene, integration, and reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the broader intent data ecosystem—beyond 6sense—including platforms like Bombora, G2, and others.

 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with emphasis on ABM and paid media.
  • Proven success in managing ABM campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise with platforms like 6sense, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of buyer personas and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong grasp of intent data and its application across platforms—not limited to 6sense.
  • Experience applying AI to marketing workflows, whether through predictive analytics, generative content, or intelligent orchestration.
  • Passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and pushing the boundaries of ABM personalization at scale.
  • Collaborative spirit, strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive self-starter who demonstrates agility and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
