Senior Distribution Manager - Depot Operations - Pharmaceutical Distribution

As a trusted name in the industry, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Distribution Manager leading their hands on depot operations activities and drive fantastic distribution activities.

This position relies heavy on leadership, and process improvement - working with the senior leadership team really driving forward high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to depot operations, ensuring seamless coordination across logistics offices and project management teams.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring all certifications and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
• Maintain compliance with international regulatory guidelines, ensuring facility and equipment qualifications meet industry standards.
• Drive operational efficiencies by streamlining reception and dispatch processes, eliminating redundancies, and enhancing workflow integration.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S principles and KPI development, to enhance overall operational performance.

• Strong Leadership experience, in this role you will be managing a team of around 17 people.
