Job Description
Role: Senior Electrical Project Manager (Healthcare)
Location: Must commute into Dallas, TX (Willing to pay relocation)
Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000
MUST HAVE:
- All relevant experience needs to be within the last 6 years (recent healthcare facility project work)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical project manager
- MUST HAVE HEALTHCARE/HOSPITAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
- Must have worked complex $15MM+ electrical projects
Overview
Sr. Electrical Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and contributing to higher level electrical projects for their organization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee and direct electrical construction projects $10M+
- Manage a team of PM's and APM's
- Disseminate relevant information to various departments related to the project.
- Monitor project progress and maintain project schedule.
- Develop project budget and track project costs according to contractual obligations.
- Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals and contracts.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Must have experience managing electrical construction projects $10M+
- Experience in Healthcare projects a huge plus
