Mission:

Positioned in our Montgomery, IL facility, you’ll be at the forefront, providing strategic guidance and expertise on environmental health and safety. As the Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist, your primary focus will be nurturing adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines (including OSHA, EPA) and strategically aligning our ventures toward sustainability.

Your Skillset:

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field: EH&S, Engineering, or Sciences.
• Minimum 5-year trajectory in safety compliance and EHS reporting.
• Two years on the ground in a manufacturing setting.
• Mastery in root-cause analysis.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communicator.
• Collaborative leadership expertise.
• Project oversight capabilities.

Your Role:

• Advance plant-wide EHS ambitions.
• Delve into compliance incidents using root-cause prerequisites.
• Architect solutions to buffer risks in EHS systems.
• Orchestrate documentation and safety governance.
• Heads safety initiatives for regulatory adherence.
• Resolve ergonomic challenges and assure environmental adherence.
• Integrate daily safety practices across departments.
• Head up safety curricula to enhance workplace well-being.
• Spearhead sustainability endeavors.

Renumeration:

Salaries span from $80,000 to $90,000 based on merit and academic background. This role qualifies for bonus schemes, vacation allocations, retirement schemes, and overarching health packages.
