Senior Environmental Permitting and Compliance Engineer/Scientist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Navigating the ins and outs of environmental compliance for air, wastewater, stormwater, waste, spill prevention, and storage tanks.
• Crunching numbers for emissions calculations, preparing permits, and making sure everything is up to snuff with NESHAP, NSPS, and Title V requirements.
• Conducting on-site inspections, compliance audits, and regulatory reviews that keep our clients out of trouble.
• Writing technical reports that make complex regulations look like a walk in the park.
• Getting your boots dirty with fieldwork, from collecting samples to site inspections.
• Working alongside top industry experts who, by the way, help make this one of the most recognized places to work in the field.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or another relevant engineering or science field.
• At least 5 years of experience in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance (consulting experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset—because the little things matter in compliance.
• Tech savvy? Familiarity with air modeling software is a bonus.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to access remote job sites.
