What You Will Be Doing

• Greet guests and provide thoughtful, personalized service
• Assemble guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Process transactions using the POS system
• Fulfill both in-store and online orders
• Maintain cleanliness of the front line, dining area and restrooms
• Restock utensils, napkins and beverage stations
• Ensure all food meets safety and quality standards
• Assist guests with online order pickups

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Prepare or cook food items
• Manage financial accounting or budgeting duties
• Take on back-of-house tasks that aren't related to guest service
• Supervise or manage front-of-house staff or other departments

Basic Requirements

• Quick learner, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand throughout the shift
• Comfortable using electronic systems like POS and tablets
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
