About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated on-site customer service technician to work from client locations in Buffalo. In this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and assisting with general installation, maintenance, and repair of office equipment, including copiers, printers, and multifunctional devices. No experience required, the company will provide all the necessary training. If you have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer focused mindset, we want to hear from you!
