Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving, with additional responsibilities including order picking, inventory control, and occasional customer service support. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system updates.
• Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory audits and restocking as needed.
• Interact with customers or internal teams regarding order status, shipments, or inventory questions.
• Support basic customer service tasks such as order verification and issue resolution.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience using inventory or order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
