Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Billings, MT for a Sign Installer Foreman. The Sign Installer Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various types of signs, managing installation/service crews (approx 7 guys), ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the quality of work. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, preparing job sites, installing signs, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation process.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing various types of signs (Preferred 7+ years)
• Extensive knowledge on sign installation and service work
• Leadership skills to effectively manage/train installation crews and coordinate with project managers
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure quality installations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to sign installation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CDL is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel out of town for jobs, if needed
