Hearts and Hands Therapy Services (HHTS) is a leading pediatric therapy practice offering occupational, physical, speech, and ABA therapy to children from birth through age 21. Our Woodstock clinic features a state-of-the-art facility, a collaborative team, and a growing client base — and we’re excited to welcome a passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join us! We are hiring at both our Woodstock and our Morrow location!

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using play-based, functional approaches
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with behavioral health and therapy teams
• Document sessions with accuracy and timeliness
• Educate and support families to promote progress beyond the clinic

Qualifications:

• Licensed OTR in Georgia (or eligible)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children of all abilities
• New graduates encouraged to apply — mentorship and support provided!

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time): 💲 $73,000 – $84,000/year + biweekly incentive bonuses. Base salary starting $70,000-84,000 annually based on experience and interview. Base salary is protected from client cancellations, makeups, or reschedules. $20,000 in incentive is available in addition to base salary, and is stackable with eligible sign on/referral bonuses.

• $20,000 sign on bonus available for full time positions in Georgia. This is in addition to base salary and incentive pay.
