Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: In-Office (Full-Time) – Rancher Hat Bar

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced  Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. This is an  in-office position (Tuesday through Saturday) and requires full dedication to Rancher Hat Bar. We are  not looking for part-time candidates or agencies —this role must be your primary and sole professional focus.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies, and will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content that aligns with our brand voice and goals. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our online presence and growing our engaged community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create compelling content (photos, videos, stories, Reels) in line with our brand aesthetics
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and social media best practices
• Collaborate with the in-house team to promote events, launches, and brand initiatives
• Manage social media advertising campaigns as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
• Strong creative eye and ability to capture and create visually appealing content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to work full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday
• No other current employment or agency contracts –  Rancher Hat Bar must be your sole focus

Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have):

• Photography and basic video editing
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or retail branding
