Job Description

Nmble Medical is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary rehab environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams (PT, OT, physicians, nursing)
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, strategies, and progress
• Participate in team meetings, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active (or eligible) Indiana SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or in progress)
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a rehab-focused, patient-centered setting
• Experience in inpatient rehab, outpatient, SNF, or acute care preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
