Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Platform Integration

Asurion is building a unified partner platform for enterprise lifecycle care . We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Platform Integration to craft the foundational integration layer that makes every enterprise partnership effortless, scalable, and fast .

This is a high-impact role where you’ll solve one of the biggest challenges in enterprise software: making complex integrations feel simple. You’ll build the platform services and APIs that transform Asurion into a plug-and-play enterprise solution for the world’s largest companies.

What You’ll Engineer

• The Integration Platform of the Future : Own the complete roadmap for APIs, connectors, configuration interfaces, and support frameworks that enable zero-friction enterprise onboarding
• Standardization at Scale : Create reusable integration patterns that work across diverse partner tech stacks—from cloud-native startups to legacy enterprise systems—reducing implementation time from months to weeks.
• Self-Service Integration Magic : Build configuration capabilities so intuitive that enterprise teams can integrate, customize, and optimize without heavy technical lifting from either side
• Enterprise System Mastery : Design seamless connections with the enterprise tools that run the world’s biggest companies—Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, and beyond
• Future-Proof Architecture : Ensure continuous platform innovation happens without breaking existing integrations —enabling rapid feature delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade stability

What Makes You Qualified

• 5+ years of platform/integration expertise with deep experience in enterprise integration , API ecosystems , or platform services that enterprises depend on
• Partner-facing discovery chops — proven success engaging with enterprise clients , translating real-world partner pain points into strategy, architecture, and measurable outcomes.
• Enterprise systems fluency : Hands-on experience with enterprise software (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Integration technology mastery : Strong understanding of event-driven design, configuration frameworks, observability tools, and modern integration patterns
• Systems thinking superpower : You naturally see the bigger picture, reduce complexity, and create autonomous solutions that scale exponentially
• Cross-functional leadership : You excel at translating complex technical requirements into elegant, scalable products while managing diverse stakeholder groups
