Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst - MS Dynamics for a Direct-Hire job with a client located in Castle Rock, CO (Hybrid).

Pay Range: $100,000 to $120,000 . The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Description:

The Senior Systems Analyst is a member of a team of information technology professionals that is accountable for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics, which enables capabilities related to purchasing, financials, and County employees. The Senior Systems Analyst applies Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance technology and third-party vendor solutions to provide products, solutions, data, and analytical services. Business offices and departments typically involved with these capabilities include Finance, Budget, IT, and various others.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including General Ledger, Budget, Procurement and Sourcing, Project Management & Accounting, and reporting modules is preferred.
  • Five years’ experience in platform development, configuration, and support of COTS, SAAS, or PAAS applications is required.
  • Two years’ experience working within waterfall or agile IT project methodologies is required.
  • Two years’ experience writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries is preferred.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, including data migration, system configuration, and workflow development.
  • Software development/support experience is preferred.
  • Business analysis and financial analysis experience is preferred.
  • Project management and/or cross-functional team leadership experience is preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered.

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance process flows, including order to cash, source to pay, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of data integration between ADP Workforce Now and third-party systems.
  • Experience with integrations and data mapping between third-party systems, including SKsoft.
  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

  • ITIL v3 (or higher) is preferred.
  • Agile Scrum Foundation is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire, with compliant insurance. A review of the motor vehicle record is required at the time of hire and periodically throughout employment.
  • This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, through a national database.
