💰 $80,000 – $115,000 salary | Full-time | On-site

We’re hiring an experienced Miscellaneous Metals Project Manager to lead commercial steel projects across the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV) region. This role offers a chance to manage impactful, design-driven projects with a tight-knit team of fabricators, erectors, and construction professionals.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with detailers to track drawing progress
• Perform field measurements and site visits
• Manage coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Oversee production schedules, material delivery, and on-site erection
• Lead change order pricing and negotiation with General Contractors and Construction Managers
• Resolve field issues and drive project completion
• Support cost estimation, financial tracking, and documentation closeout
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontracted erectors
• Travel within the DMV area (mostly day trips)

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in miscellaneous metals for a steel fabricator/erector
• OR
• A degree in architecture, construction management, or civil/structural engineering plus 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (Citizen or Green Card holder)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
