🚀 Summer Internship Opportunity: Marketing & Business Development at ESP (Essential Sealing Products)

📍 Location: Chagrin Falls, OH

🕒 Schedule: Summer 2025 | Full-time | $20/hr

🎓 Eligibility: College graduate or student majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Entrepreneurship

Are you a curious, energetic, and outgoing student ready to explore the world of industrial manufacturing and B2B marketing? At Essential Sealing Products (ESP) , we design and manufacture high-quality gaskets, seals, and insulation solutions for industries that keep the world moving—and we’re looking for a Summer Intern to join our marketing and business development team!

🌟 What You'll Do:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Support business development campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Help identify and qualify leads using SEO tools, intuition, and hustle
• Update Salesforce and assist with quoting and order processes
• Collaborate in creative brainstorming sessions to boost visibility and engagement
• Prepare sales reports and support internal teams with project execution, quoting and order processing

💡 What You Bring:

• Pursuing or obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, or Communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and (ideally) Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills—with a sense of humor and a positive attitude
• A desire to learn, contribute, and make an impact
