Job Description

We’re looking for battle-tested Superintendents to take charge of mechanical and I&E operations on high-profile oil & gas projects. If you can run a crew, jump in with the tools when needed, and keep complex jobs on schedule and under control, this is your call.

Location: Based in Casper, WY – 90–100% travel to North Dakota

Pay: $40–$45/hr + Per Diem (GSA Rates)

Schedule: 10-hour days, Monday–Saturday (Sundays off)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate field crews of 15–20, ensuring work is done safely, on time, and to spec.
• Oversee mechanical and I&E operations—instrumentation, electrical, and heavy mechanical scopes.
• Step in hands-on when needed—belt on, tools out, problems solved.
• Direct lifting and rigging activities, flange management, and pipe support installation.
• Coordinate equipment, pipe, and cable tray setups for efficient execution.
• Drive safety culture—conduct JSAs, lead toolbox talks, and enforce standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong track record leading industrial mechanical and I&E crews in oil & gas or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and keep multiple work fronts moving.
• Safety-first mindset with deep knowledge of industrial safety protocols.
• Hands-on leader who can earn the respect of the crew and get the job done.
