Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surgical Sales Coordinator at The Method Plastic Surgery in Miami, FL. The Surgical Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving consultations through strategic lead management, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role plays a key part in achieving monthly sales benchmarks and ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry to surgery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on all inbound and outbound leads with urgency and professionalism
  • Convert consultations into booked surgical procedures to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Track and report on lead conversion rates and other sales KPIs
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout their surgical journey
  • Coordinate effectively with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline activity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective patients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, sales operations, and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong background in customer service and communication
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and inspire client confidence
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in plastic or cosmetic surgery required
  • Experience in cosmetic non-invasive procedures is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
