Role Description

As a Talent Storytelling Intern at WeCP, you will be responsible for creating compelling talent stories that highlight the company's culture, values, and career opportunities. You will conduct interviews, gather testimonials, write blog posts, and create other content to attract top talent. This is an internship role and a remote position within the U.S. only, allowing for flexibility and work-from-home convenience.

Qualifications

• Excellent storytelling, writing, and creative content creation skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and gathering testimonials
• Ability to craft engaging blog posts and other written content
• Familiarity with content marketing and digital marketing strategies
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Interest in HR and talent acquisition is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
