Tampa Growth Leader (Water/Wastewater)

CSG Talent are collaborating with a key partner of ours to identify a commercially minded, technically proficient professional who is currently based, or looking to relocate to, the Tampa, FL area.

Our partner pride themselves on being a long-established business serving municipal & private clients with their Water & Wastewater Infrastructure needs across the US. This position is integral to their commitment for growth in the Central Florida area. Carrying across their sound technical reputation, this individual will be equipped with adequate resources to succeed.

Day to day overview:

• Identify suitable commercial business opportunities pertinent to the company's Engineering roster
• Attend local conferences and networking events to understand market needs
• Grow the office in Tampa through hiring/retention of staff

The ideal person:

• Minimum 10 years of experience within Water and Wastewater facilities engineering
• Educational background in Engineering. PE License preferred but not essential
• "Hunter" mentality to be proactive in driving growth within the region
