Hours & Compensation
* Schedule: Monday through Friday, during regular school hours
* Pay: $20 - $25+ per hour, based on experience and education
* Payment: Weekly

Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and reliable Teacher's Aides and Educational Instructional Aides to join our team for the 2025-2026 academic year. Positions are available across a range of grade levels, from preschool through high school. You'll play a key role in supporting teachers, facilitating classroom activities, and assisting students in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist classroom teacher in coordinating and implementing daily lesson plans and activities
* Help maintain a developmentally appropriate and organized classroom environment
* Provide support in Pre-School, Elementary, Middle, or High School classrooms
* Work one-on-one with students as needed, including those with special needs or behavioral/emotional challenges
* Keep the teacher informed about students' progress, abilities, and any concerns

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
* ParaPro Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred
* Experience working with students in a classroom setting
* Ability to engage positively and professionally with students, parents/guardians, and staff
* Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or emotional development is a strong plus
