Job Description

Summary:

The Titles Specialist supports the titling and collateral process by ensuring timely and accurate processing of title-related documents, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and protecting the company’s interest in financed assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process title packages and documents to secure liens and support repossession needs
• Submit lien estimates and maintain accurate title records
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and DMVs to resolve title issues
• Handle incoming/outgoing titles and UCC releases
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
• Respond to title-related inquiries and provide customer support
• Stay current on state titling laws and update procedures accordingly

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer service and administrative roles
• Experience with vehicle title processing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Adaptable and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
