Base Salary: $175,000 – $220,000 + performance bonus eligibility

They are expanding leadership within their lending organization — seeking a VP-level operator with deep consumer credit expertise, strong model governance experience, and the proven ability to drive innovation while maintaining a strong risk and compliance framework.
