Job Description

Essential Functions :

• Develops and maintain full-scale websites and dynamic promotional landing pages and using web development platforms, including but not limited to Adobe AEM, Content Supply Chain and Workfront, as well as Shopify for e-commerce.
• Ensures web developments are optimized for search engine optimization (SEO), and performance, while leveraging PEGA CDH capabilities.
• Creates responsive and adaptive designs to enhance user experience across various devices.
• Leads efforts in website optimization to improve load times, increase user engagement, and boost SEO rankings.
• Analyzes website performance metrics and conducts regular A/B testing to refine and optimize user experience.
• Manages and implements tagging strategies using tools using website tag management tools to track marketing effectiveness and user interactions.
• Develops structured data (schema) implementations to enhance search engine results and visibility.
• Oversee Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate management and ensures all web properties adhere to security best practices.
• Stays updated with the latest trends in SEO and web performance, applying best practices to all projects.
• Collaborates with marketing teams to ensure web developments align with broader marketing campaigns and strategies and web interfaces are effective for users and optimized for performance.
• Communicates technical requirements and constraints with non-technical teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Configures, supports, and troubleshoots Workfront platform according to business requirements.
• Prepares for Workfront releases. Implements new functionalities and communicates updates as necessary.
• Creates, shares, and updates reports and dashboards as requested by leadership. Collaborates with business units on requirements.
• Creates and maintains documentation for processes, adoption, standardization, alignment, and enterprise roadmaps.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum (6) years of experience in web development and performance optimization, with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate skills in both areas.
• Experience with backend technologies, API integration, and database management.
• Experience onboarding and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience developing and optimizing Shopify ecommerce sites.

Pay Range: $37.92 to $50.55/hr
