Overview
As a Wedding Consultant Director, you will be the heartbeat of unforgettable celebrations! Your role is to transform dreams into reality by meticulously planning and executing every detail of wedding cake execution. You’ll collaborate with couples to understand their vision and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. With your vibrant energy and exceptional organizational skills, you will create magical moments that couples and their guests will cherish forever.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with clients to design and execute personalized wedding cake details that reflect their unique style and preferences.
• Manage all aspects of execution, including collecting items, arrangements, and delivery.
• Oversee wedding consultants' logistics, ensuring appointments run smoothly and on schedule.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote wedding cake business and attract new customers.
• Data Entry from order intake to billing and collection.
• Maintain detailed records of receipts, contracts, and timelines for each event.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the planning process, ensuring customer feels supported and informed.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in coordination, particularly in weddings or similar hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in hospitality is a plus.
• Experience in Quickbooks can enhance your candidacy.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote services effectively.
